  1. Return Only Policy: We understand that sometimes products may not meet your expectations. Therefore, we accept returns of unused and undamaged products within 3 days of delivery. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may request a return, subject to the terms outlined below.

  2. Refunds: Your peace of mind matters to us. If the product you received matches the one you ordered and is in intact condition without any damage, a refund will not be entertained. However, if the product received is damaged or different (Video Proof is must) from what was ordered, we will initiate a replacement for the same order. If the product is out-of-stock from our end and replacement or return is not possible, we will issue a refund to the original payment method. The refund timeline will be 5-8 working business days.

  3. Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when it was received. Any product that is damaged, missing parts, or not in its original packaging may not be eligible for a return.

  4. Initiating a Return: Your satisfaction journey starts with us. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team within 3 days of delivery. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the product and obtain a return authorization.

  5. Return Shipping: We value your convenience. While initiating a return, please note that the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping method (like BlueDart, Delhivery etc) and purchasing shipping insurance to ensure the safe return of the product.   6. Inspection and Approval: Your trust is essential to us. Once we receive the returned product, we will inspect it to ensure that it meets the eligibility criteria outlined above. If the return is approved, we will process the return and issue a store credit for the original purchase price, minus any shipping charges. Refunds will be made in 5-8 business working days.

  7. Exclusions: Certain products may not be eligible for return, including personalized or customized items, clearance or sale items, and products that have been used or damaged after delivery.

  8. Damaged or Defective Products: Your satisfaction is our responsibility. If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately. We will work with you to resolve the issue and may provide a replacement product with the same item you ordered. Only returns will be entertained if the product is damaged or different from what the customer ordered.
